A cat burglar thinks she's hitting the jackpot when she ends up at the Mayor's house and starts loading her bag up with valuable merchandise. As she's preparing to enter another room, she's confronted by the Black Whip, who just happens to be a very well known and feared administrator of justice. The Black Whip tells her to empty her bag and discovers the bag is filled with video sex tapes of the Mayor and the First Lady. The thief reveals that she's been sent by someone to procure these items but she will not reveal who. Frustrated, the Black Whip decides she needs to go through extreme interrogation measures to get the information she's seeking.
Dominic takes on two subs. He starts with Marisa, who's very obedient and takes her punishments like a champ.
